CATCH A CLOUD AND SEND IT TO US -

Call for artefacts [juin - décembre 2021] and still ongoing [Collection]

The air in late 2021 is oversaturated. Heavy. Dense. Is it air at all?

We seem to be living in an ever-densifying cloud made of particles, bacteria, droplets, informational data, radiation waves, A.I. gaze, mutated pollen, light pollution, sun glares. The age of weightless space is over; we have a cloud to navigate through.

We are interested in your understanding of the ever-growing cloud condition we live in.

Send us a physical artefact -object, drawing, film, text, cloud- that captures this cloud. The collection will be exhibited as part of Arts, Letters and Numbers’ intervention in the Italian pavilion of the 17th International Architecture Venice Biennale as well as in bermuda, mutualised atelier for research and production, near Geneva.

Cloud to be delivered at Truant School-bermuda / 1127 av. du jura / 01630 Sergy / France

41 artefacts were received in bermuda in response to the call “Catch a Cloud and Send it to Us”, reflecting a high diversity of productions (scale, medium, cloud definition) going from sound recording to classified report, from painting to diagrammatic analysis, from cloud coding to montage of anime videos.
